We’re so thankful for your continuing financial support towards the ministry of First Garvagh. During this time when we’re not able to physically gather as a church family, you may be wondering how you can continue to financially support our congregation. Here are some suggestions. Please note that we will NEVER contact you by telephone or call at your home asking for donations. We also understand that some may not be able to give at this time.
Keep a written note of what you would be normally giving each week or month, set that money aside (but don’t physically keep cash in your home) and then when we’re back together again, you can make a contribution to that value.
2. Giving by direct debit / standing order
1. Give at a later date
You can make a note of what you would be normally giving each week or month, set that money aside (but don’t physically keep cash in your home) and then when we’re back together again, you can make a contribution to that value.
2. Monthly FWO Envelope
On the first weekend and Monday of the month, complete 1 FWO Envelope for that month and place it in the secure letter box at the church. The box is emptied regularly.
3. Giving by Standing Order
You can complete the standing order mandate form which is available from the forms and policies page of this website.
4. Online Transfer
If you have Internet banking you can make payments towards various funds directly to the church bank account - details below:
Bank: Ulster Bank, Limavady Sort code: 98 07 20 / Account number: 43090069
You must complete a personal reference that should Include Your FWO Envelope Number.
Please also include the following references depending on the fund you wish to support:
FWO = Free Will Offering UA = United Appeal JMCM = James McMaster
BF = Building/Repair Fund CF = Courtyard Fund
So for example if you have envelope number 999 and wish to give £20 to the United Appeal your reference would be 999UA
